Why we charge for Delivery
We do not offer free postage and packaging as some companies, for the following reasons:
We believe if to be fair to offer our Procolour paints and other products at the best and lowest price possible whereever and when ever.
In this way personal callers making a purchase always get the very best deal possible.
It follows that should we then need to post out items we add postage and packaging costs onto the customer, again at the lowest rates possible.
We do this as unlike some businesses that offer what is called free postage and packaging the cost must be built into the purchase somewhere and conclude that it must be reflected in the actual price of the goods themselves.
We believe our way to be the fairest way as you the customer can see clearly exactly what you are paying for and at the same time getting our Procolour paint at the lowest possible price.
We do reserve the right to increase prices as and when we see fit but generally only do so in line with the the Royal Mail who usually adjust prices in early April each year.
Should you have any complaints regarding our chosen method then we would gladly listen to your point of view and consider any alternative method you wished to put forward.
