How To Order
Procolour supply their own range of quality paints,
original paintings, limited edition prints, a series of
greeting cards and other merchandise as well as a
host of art materials such as brushes and palettes.
All of our products can be viewed and ordered from
this website. Alternatively you can order by phone,
fax, email or by sending your order by post.

Web
The easiest and quickest way to order. To view our
products you don't need to sign in, though you will need
to sign in and create an account to order and pay for
any of our products. Ordering is simple you can either
drag and drop your chosen items into the shopping bag
at the top of the page or click on the product where you
can choose a quantity prior to adding to the basket using
the add to basket button. You can continue shopping, or
go straight to checkout. At checkout you can decide how
to pay, Paypal, cheque or over the phone. NB. You are
under no obligation to purchase anything whilst viewing.

Payment
Our preferred method is PayPal or Debit/Credit Cards
(Debit Cards preferred)are accepted over the telephone
or via e-mail. (If using e-mail we suggest you send a
minimum of two e-mails separating your personal
information but this is at your own risk.)

We are also are happy to accept Personal Cheques made
out in Pounds Sterling (but funds must clear prior to
despatch of order) and payment by GB Postal Orders

£5.95 for goods valued between £35.01 and £60.00
then
£1.00 extra per £25.00 or part for goods valued
£60.01 and over

Handling Time
Goods normally despatched on the Monday following
the receipt of funds, often within 3 days and sooner if
possible. PayPal preferred at no extra charge and is the
quickest to be despatched. If paying by personal
cheque funds will need to clear first. Proof of posting will
always be obtained and kept on file. Please make
payment immediately. Airsure insurance with tracking
optional £4.80 extra. No international refunds without
insurance. Please allow time for delivery.

Items receive priority handling.
Online tracking gives the opportunity to check on the
progress of your item by using "track and trace".

Return Policy
All items are brand new and tested before dispatch. If
an item is not as described or was found to be faulty it
may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same
condition as dispatched (unopened with all seals intact)
for a replacement. Refunds only in exceptional
circumstances due to the nature of the product. No
international refunds without insurance. We cannot
cover the delivery costs associated with returning goods
unless they prove to be faulty on our own equipment.

Please note: We do not offer free postage and packaging as some companies, for the following reasons: We believe if to be fair to offer our Procolour paints and other products at the best and lowest price possible where ever and when ever. In this way personal callers making a purchase always get the very best deal possible. It follows that should we then need to post out items we add postage and packaging costs onto the customer, again at the lowest rates possible. We do this as unlike some businesses that offer what is called free postage and packaging the cost must be built into the purchase somewhere and conclude that it must be reflected in the actual price of the goods themselves. We believe our way to be the fairest way as you the customer can see clearly exactly what you are paying for and at the same time getting our Procolour paint at the lowest possible price. We do reserve the right to increase prices as and when we see fit but generally only do so in line with the the Royal Mail who usually adjust prices in early April each year. Should you have any complaints regarding our chosen method then we would gladly listen to your point of view and consider any alternative method you wished to put forward.
